Our studio was asked to make a series of videos that would draw attention to the problem of high cost of car customs clearance, which directly affects the final price of the car.
While in neighboring, developed countries, the car is not a luxury and can be purchased with one salary — Ukrainians are forced to collect for years and buy a car at least twice as expensive.
After researching the problem and brainstorming, we suggested creating a series of comic book-style animated videos. This style of video is characterized by a small amount of animation and design style. This presentation allows you to easily perceive the idea without overloading the viewer with a visual range.
The main character named Vasyl is an ordinary honest Ukrainian guy. Vasyl bought a used car in Europe and on his way home he gradually came across a car.
The animation time of each series is different. There were series that needed 3 working days, but some needed 5-7 days
It is difficult not to overdo the amount of animation and at the same time give a live picture of the perception of scenes.
